As well as accommodating private and small groups in her home, Nicky also teaches Pregnancy Yoga in the comfort of your own home.The classes are suitable for beginners or mums with a developed practice. You must be no less that 12 weeks pregnant and with the all clear from your doctor and 12 week scan.

Pregnancy Yoga is the perfect way to feel toned and relaxed during your pregnancy, to connect and share with other mums-to-be and to feel supported during your pregnancy journey. Pregnancy yoga works to release deep tensions enabling you to feel your best as your baby grows and your body changes. It builds your strength, confidence, flexibility and most importantly a deep and loving connection to your baby!

- Cardiovascular fitness
- Conditioning to tone and avoid excess weight gain
- Improve flexibility – especially hip opening
- Strengthens your pelvic floor and postural alignment to alleviate backache
- Practise postures that are useful during labour and birth
